Communication with the website designer was very good, with the majority of requests actioned within hours. We were also able to bring our ideas to life, as they considered our requests and presented the options of how we might be able to achieve our goal, each step of the way we were consulted as the design took shape, and were able to incorporate any minor tweaks we wished to make to the site.
While it was clear the technical knowledge was there, WISE communicated in a jargon-free manner, which enabled us to fully understand the process throughout the site's development.
We were hugely satisfied with the end result, and visitors to our site have commented on how good the design is, as well as some of the in-built content management functionality that we now have on the site. I was particularly impressed as we had some fairly bespoke requirements and WISE were able to help us revitalise the website, while also making it easy to manage going forward.
Since the handover, of the site we have received good support where necessary, and we will continue to use WISE for our web design needs. Highly recommended.
